Key responsibilities involve drafting and negotiating a range of agreements, including patent and trademark licenses, joint development, collaboration, strategic alliance, technology licenses (including SaaS), and distribution agreements.
Fluency in Mandarin is a mandatory requirement for this role.
Prior work experience in Asia is strongly preferred.
You should have demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and independently manage substantial components of transactions.
Expected qualifications include strong academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A relevant bar admission is required, or eligibility to obtain one promptly.
