Overview

Licensing Associate role requiring 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
Work within the firm's Life Sciences group, focusing on relevant transactions.
Handle intellectual property licensing, technology transfer, and diverse technology transactions.
Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements, including patent and trademark licenses, joint development, collaboration, strategic alliance, technology, services (including SaaS), and distribution agreements.
Perform intellectual property and technology transaction due diligence for corporate transactions and technology transfers.
Fluency in Mandarin is required for this position.
Prior professional experience working in Asia is strongly preferred.
Candidates must have a background with a comparable law firm.
Requires strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in teams and manage significant transaction components independently.
Relevant bar admission is required, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
