Eligibility to sit for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) registration examination is required; existing USPTO admission is strongly preferred.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
Prior law firm or in-house IP experience, specifically in patent preparation and prosecution, is also preferred.
The target salary range for this position is $145,000 - $155,000.
