Overview

Mid-Level Capital Markets Associate for Greenberg Traurig in New York.
Requires 5-7 years of post-qualification experience from a major law firm.
Experience with public and private equity and debt offerings, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and follow-on offerings.
Proficiency in proxy statements and S-4 registration statements for business combination transactions.
Familiarity with SEC and other regulatory interactions, and '34 Act ongoing reporting requirements (10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy statements).
Experience representing both issuers and underwriters is beneficial.
Day-to-day counseling for public companies, including corporate governance matters.
Candidates must demonstrate a strong academic background, client management, drafting, negotiation, and business development skills.
Admission to the New York bar is required.
Salary range: $365,000 - $420,000, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
