’s Financial Regulatory & Compliance Practice consists of over 80 attorneys globally, providing a platform to serve both domestic and international clients with diverse industry, practice, and jurisdictional needs.

• Required experience includes financial services regulatory and compliance, specifically in mortgage lending and servicing, consumer finance, commercial finance, alternative lending products (e.g., buy now, pay later (BNPL) and earned wage access (EWA)), and FinTech products and structures.
• Candidates must have significant experience with state licensing and knowledge of key financial services laws and regulations (e.g., TILA, RESPA, UDAAP/UDAP, HMDA, FCRA, and FDCPA).
• Enforcement experience and experience with money services businesses and payment systems are considered a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
