Partner closely with HR professionals, in-house counsel, and business leaders to provide practical, strategic, and compliance-focused guidance tailored to clients' unique workforce, culture, and business objectives.
Counsel California, national, and multinational employers on a broad range of employment law matters, including wage and hour compliance, leaves of absence, disability accommodations, employee relations, workforce reductions/restructurings, employee discipline and terminations, personnel policies, employment-related agreements, and emerging workplace compliance obligations.
Substantial experience is required in drafting, reviewing, and implementing employee handbooks, workplace policies, employment-related agreements, and other compliance-related documents.
Experience with occupational health/safety law compliance, prevailing wage compliance, conducting workplace audits, internal investigations, management training, and risk assessments is strongly desired or preferred.
Identify legal and operational risks, develop practical and legally sound compliance strategies, and deliver actionable guidance that aligns with clients' business goals.
