Daily work includes defense-side complex employment litigation focusing on wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, accommodations, and other employment claims.
Responsibilities also include advising employers on compliance issues related to leaves of absence, performance management, wage and hour compliance, and terminations, as well as drafting personnel policies and employment agreements.
The Associate will have opportunities to interact regularly with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries.
Class and collective action experience is a plus.
New Jersey Bar admission is preferred.
