Extensive experience is required in analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation, including state and federal court motions to dismiss, summary judgment and class certification motions, writs, and appeals, along with solid writing skills.
Required experience also includes successfully arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation.
The role requires experience overseeing and mentoring junior associates and case management experience.
Law Review experience is preferred.
Candidates must have solid academic performance from a top law school.
