Required experience includes commercial real estate transactions, specifically acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development.
Preference is given to candidates with large firm experience.
Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal, administrative, organizational, and negotiation skills, be detail-oriented, possess superior drafting and research skills, and show an ability to prioritize diverse workloads and take on significant project responsibility while working both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to participate in community and professional organizations for professional development is expected.
