Junior to Mid-Level Restructuring & Special Situations Associate

• The Salt Lake City office specifically focuses its practice on Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, out-of-court workouts, and cross-border insolvency cases.
• Greenberg Traurig's Restructuring & Special Situations Practice has broad experience across in- and out-of-court reorganizations, restructurings, workouts, liquidations, and distressed acquisitions and sales, domestically and cross-border.
• Experience required for this role includes Creditor

’s rights, distressed M&A, bankruptcy litigation, and cross-border insolvency matters.

• The ideal candidate will have experience with out-of-court restructurings, debt exchange transactions, appearing in court, drafting pleadings, and drafting transactional documents for M&A and finance transactions.
• Candidates must be in good standing with the Utah State Bar.
