Junior Corporate & Finance Associate opening in Hogan Lovells' Baltimore office.
Requires 1-3 years of post-JD experience.
Experience must include supporting M&A transactions, capital markets offerings, or public company advisory work.
Advise clients across diverse industries, including technology, aerospace & defense, government services, life sciences, energy, and financial services.
Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail, are essential.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding, team-focused environment.
Opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and take on increasing responsibility.
Base salary range: $225,000 - $260,000 annually.
Eligible for additional compensation, including annual performance and discretionary bonuses.
