Overview

The role requires an emphasis on M&A and private equity transactions.
Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the full suite of documentation used in M&A and private equity transactions, with proficiency in drafting and negotiating them.
A proven track record supporting private equity sponsors and portfolio companies across the investment lifecycle (initial platform acquisitions, add-ons, portfolio company governance, and exits) is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with middle-market deal structures is strongly preferred.
The firm prefers candidates with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of maturity and business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.
Large national or international law firm experience is preferred.
