  • This is a Tax Associate position.
  • The role can be based in Nashville, TN; Washington, DC; Houston, TX; or Dallas, TX.
  • Candidates must have 2-5 years of strong, transferable tax experience.
  • Required experience includes work with renewable energy tax credits.
  • Required experience also includes corporate transactions and mergers & acquisitions, particularly involving private equity.
  • Strong writing, drafting skills, and close attention to detail are essential.
  • A strong academic background is required for this role.
  • Candidates must be licensed to practice law in their chosen state or be eligible for admission/waiver by the time of hire.
