Advise healthcare clients on operational and regulatory matters, including provider and facility licensing.
Counsel on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement issues and compliance with complex federal and state healthcare regulations.
Address issues under federal Stark Law, anti-kickback statutes, and other healthcare fraud and abuse laws.
Assist clients with regulatory risk assessment and enforcement matters.
Requires 3-6 years of experience as a healthcare regulatory associate from a law firm.
Demonstrated experience in healthcare compliance and regulatory analysis is essential.
Preferred experience includes facility licensing, Medicare/Medicaid issues, fraud/abuse compliance, healthcare privacy, and M&A regulatory aspects.
Strong writing, drafting, and analytical skills, with close attention to detail, are required.
Candidates must reside in or relocate to Nashville, TN and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Tennessee; hybrid work with at least three in-office days per week.
