Healthcare Regulatory and Enforcement Associate position based in Nashville, TN.
Advise healthcare clients on daily operational and regulatory matters, including provider and facility licensing, and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement.
Counsel on federal and state anti-kickback statutes, Stark Law, and other healthcare fraud and abuse laws.
Assist clients with regulatory risk assessments and enforcement matters.
Requires 3-6 years of experience as a healthcare regulatory associate at a reputable law firm, with demonstrated expertise in healthcare compliance and regulatory analysis.
Preferred experience includes facility licensing, Medicare/Medicaid issues, fraud, waste, and abuse compliance, healthcare privacy, and regulatory aspects of healthcare mergers and acquisitions.
Essential skills include strong writing and drafting abilities, close attention to detail, and a solid academic background.
Must be licensed or eligible for admission to the Tennessee Bar.
This role requires residency in the Nashville, TN area and a minimum of three in-office days per week.
