Associate position in the Land Use practice based in the Miami office.
3-5 years of post-qualification experience in land use.
Handling a broad range of zoning and land use matters, including site plan approvals, variances, special exceptions, rezonings, and comprehensive plan amendments.
Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills are required.
Experience appearing before local boards and municipal bodies.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and site plans is essential.
Essential familiarity with South Florida jurisdictions.
Preferred experience includes historic preservation and environmental issues within a land use zoning context.
Must hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Florida.
Excellent academic credentials and communication skills are required.
Candidates must reside in the Miami area at or prior to the time of hire.
Hybrid work schedule requires at least three days per week in the office.
