Litigation Associate position with Holland & Knight in Atlanta.
Requires 2-5 years of post-qualification litigation experience.
An active Georgia Bar license is mandatory.
Key responsibilities include drafting and researching various motions, such as motions to dismiss, for summary judgment, and in limine.
Manage complex discovery processes, including taking and defending depositions.
Prepare cases for trial and participate in evidentiary hearings or trials in state or federal courts.
Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines is required.
