Litigation Associate role based in the Birmingham, AL office.
Requires 3-5 years of litigation experience.
Active Alabama Bar license is required, and candidates must reside in the Birmingham area by the start date.
Responsibilities include managing discovery, drafting motions, and handling other litigation procedures in complex cases.
Work involves commercial, regulatory, and general litigation matters.
Candidates will directly interface with clients and opposing counsel.
Strong research, writing, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
An exceptional academic background is expected.
The annual salary range for this position is $250,000 – $315,000.
This is primarily an in-office role, requiring a minimum of three days per week onsite.
This position is on a partnership track.
