Overview

Required experience includes significant litigation procedure, such as drafting motions, and managing discovery in complex cases.
The role involves direct interaction with clients and opposing counsel.
The case workload for this position will include commercial, regulatory, and general litigation matters.
This is a partnership track position.
Candidates must reside in the Birmingham, Alabama area at or prior to the time of hire.
The default working location is in the office, with an expectation to be onsite full time and no fewer than three business days per week.
