Immediate opening for a Real Estate Attorney.
Requires 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in general commercial real estate transactions.
Must have a strong understanding of managing deals and leading diligence reviews.
Concentrated experience is needed in one or more of the following: purchase and sale, joint-venture negotiation, general commercial contracts, or real estate lending (borrower or lender side).
Essential skills include organization, attention to detail, and strong communication and writing abilities.
Requires a Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
Must be licensed or immediately eligible to practice law in Florida.
Position is based in South Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or West Palm Beach office).
Candidate must reside in South Florida at or prior to the time of hire and work in the office at least three business days per week.
