This is a Tax Associate position based in Nashville, TN.
You must have 2-5 years of strong tax experience.
A significant focus of the role involves renewable energy tax credits.
Alternatively, strong experience in corporate transactions and mergers & acquisitions involving private equity is highly relevant.
You must be an active member of the Tennessee Bar or eligible for admission by waiver.
Strong writing, drafting, and analytical skills, along with close attention to detail, are essential.
Candidates should possess a strong academic background.
The default working location is in the office, with an expectation of being onsite a minimum of three business days per week.
