Candidates should have 3 to 6 years of transactional real estate experience.

A deep understanding of title and survey review and general deal knowledge is essential.
Experience with leasing and joint ventures is considered a plus.
Admission to the Oregon Bar is required.
Admission to the California or Washington Bar is also a plus.
A strong academic background and excellent writing skills are necessary.
The annual compensation for this position in Portland ranges from $250,000 to $340,000.
