Overview

This is a Litigation Associate role within the Real Estate Capital Markets practice group.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of commercial litigation experience.
The role involves representing clients in commercial landlord-tenant disputes, commercial foreclosure litigation, and other real estate litigation matters.
Required experience includes motion practice, discovery (including e-discovery), and courtroom proceedings.
Specific experience with preparing and serving predicate notices and court pleadings for commercial landlord-tenant cases is necessary.
Experience in commercial foreclosure litigation is valued; candidates willing to learn this area are also considered.
Strong research and writing skills are required, including drafting motions and adherence to NY citation formatting.
Excellent academic credentials are a must.
Preference is given to candidates with experience from large regional, national, or international law firms.
Candidates must be licensed or ready to be licensed to practice law in Georgia.
Residence in the Atlanta area is required at or prior to the time of hire.
The role requires working in the Atlanta office at least three business days per week.
