Seeking a Litigation Associate to join the Real Estate Capital Markets practice.
Requires a minimum of four years of commercial litigation experience.
Experience must include motion practice, discovery (including e-discovery), and courtroom appearances.
Must have prior experience with commercial landlord-tenant litigation, specifically preparing predicate notices and court pleadings.
Experience in commercial foreclosure litigation is preferred, or a clear willingness to develop expertise in this area.
Strong research and writing skills are mandatory, including drafting motions and adherence to NY citation formatting.
Excellent academic credentials are required.
Prior experience at a large regional, national, or international law firm is preferred.
Must be licensed or prepared to become licensed to practice law in Florida.
Candidates must reside in the Miami area at or prior to the time of hire.
The role requires working in the office at least three business days per week.
