This is a Junior Real Estate Associate position based in Holland & Knight's Denver office.
The role requires 5-7 years of substantive real estate transactional experience.
Core work involves real estate finance (representing lenders and/or borrowers), real estate joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and general commercial real estate transactions.
Experience with land use and development is a plus.
Candidates must possess strong drafting, analytical, negotiation, communication, and client-service skills, along with the ability to manage transactions with appropriate supervision.
The position offers direct client exposure, early client responsibility, and opportunities to work directly with partners and senior attorneys on high-impact transactions.
You will be part of a national practice platform, engaging in cross-office collaboration and handling matters for both national and regional clients.
The firm is particularly interested in associates currently practicing at top national or AmLaw firms in major financial markets (e.g., New York, Chicago, Boston, D.C., L.A., San Francisco) who are interested in relocating to Denver.
Required qualifications include a J.D. from an accredited law school, excellent academic credentials, and admission to the Colorado Bar (or the ability to waive in).
The annual compensation range for this position in Colorado is $365,000 - $420,000, dependent on individual qualifications and experience.
