Overview

Associate position in the Atlanta office, requiring 2-5 years of legal experience.
Join the State & Local Policy & Regulation practice group.
Advise clients on complex regulatory, legislative, and policy matters.
Support administrative and policy-oriented litigation, including trial court and appellate matters.
Conduct legal research, drafting, and briefing for regulatory and administrative litigation, preparing memoranda, briefs, and motions for courts and agencies.
Contribute to practice growth through client alerts, presentations, publications, and fostering relationships with policymakers and regulators.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple matters.
Prior litigation experience (administrative, regulatory, or complex civil) and familiarity with administrative law, public policy, or regulatory frameworks are preferred.
Experience in energy, healthcare, or other regulated industries is preferred.
