This is a Litigation Associate position located in the firm's Tampa office.
Candidates must have 2 to 4 years of litigation experience.
Meaningful and transferable litigation experience is required.
Applicants must be an active member of The Florida Bar.
Strong legal research and writing skills are essential for the role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a key requirement.
The ability to work directly with clients is required.
Prior courtroom and/or deposition experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills are also necessary.
