Advising employers on a broad range of workplace issues and labor matters, with strong knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) processes and proceedings, and labor-related agency investigations.
Familiarity with federal and state OSHA laws and regulations is a plus.
Ability to independently manage matters, develop practical and business-focused advice, conduct legal research, and draft position statements and other advocacy materials.
Prior large law firm experience is preferred.
