The role is a partnership-track associate position.
Candidates must possess insurance coverage experience representing either policyholders or insurers, coupled with litigation experience.
Specific expertise is required in first- and third-party insurance policies and the principles of insurance policy interpretation.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate excellent analytical and writing skills, leadership, initiative, and comfort working directly with clients and colleagues.
Applicants should be willing to work on pro bono matters and be focused on client service.
Licensure in the applying jurisdiction is preferred and required within one year of joining the firm.
