Advise employers on a broad range of workplace issues, with beneficial familiarity with federal and state OSHA laws and regulations.
Advise employers on a broad range of labor matters, demonstrating strong knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) processes and proceedings, and labor-related agency investigations.
Independently manage matters, develop practical and business-focused advice, conduct legal research, draft position statements and other advocacy materials, and coordinate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Possess strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients.
Prior large law firm experience is preferred.
