Civil Litigation Associate position based in the Minneapolis office.
Requires 5-8 years of experience, preferably in mass tort litigation.
Manage all phases of litigation, including factual investigations, discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, and taking/defending depositions.
Responsible for client communication and managing cases with a high degree of autonomy.
An active Minnesota bar license is required, or a commitment to obtaining one promptly.
Additional bar licensure in California, Florida, or Texas is preferred.
Work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
Candidates need strong academic credentials, superior interpersonal skills, exceptional judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively under pressure.
Base compensation range is $230,000 to $270,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus.
