Commercial Litigation Associate position based in the Denver office.
Requires 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience.
Work primarily within the Financial Services & Capital Markets practice area.
Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation, including factual investigations, discovery, drafting pleadings, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediation.
Preferred experience in both state and federal court; experience in administrative matters and arbitrations is beneficial.
Second-chair trial or arbitration experience is preferred, but not required.
Must have an excellent academic record, strong writing skills, effective interpersonal skills for teamwork, superior judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects and articulate legal strategies.
Federal judicial clerkship experience is preferred, but not required.
Colorado bar license is required, or a commitment to obtain one promptly.
Compensation range in Denver is $210,000 - $240,000, commensurate with qualifications, with eligibility for Associate Performance and Client Development Bonuses.
