Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate for its Phoenix office.
The role requires 4-6 years of experience in commercial litigation.
Candidates must hold an active Arizona bar license or commit to obtaining one promptly.
Work primarily within the firm's Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
Experience is required across all phases of complex commercial litigation, including factual investigations, discovery, pleadings, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and client communication.
Experience litigating in both state and federal court is preferred.
A background in administrative matters and arbitrations is beneficial; second-chair trial or arbitration experience is preferred but not required.
Interest or experience in transportation and supply chain issues is a plus.
