About the Team

Work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

About the Role

Conducting factual investigations and discovery.
Preparing pleadings.
Managing motions practice.
Handling settlement negotiations.
Serving as the firm’s presence for hearings, conferences, and procedural matters in state and federal courts.

Key Requirements

Minimum six years of relevant experience (Senior Associate).
Minimum ten years of relevant experience (Senior Counsel).
Active California bar license.
Admitted to appear before various CA state and federal courts.
Strong command of courtroom practice.
