  • Funds Associate opportunity within the Financial Services & Capital Markets practice.
  • Targeting candidates with 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Requires a robust background in general corporate and securities law.
  • Key responsibilities include advising investment funds throughout their lifecycle.
  • Also involves representing investors in private investment funds.
  • Preferred experience includes private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds.
  • Flexible work arrangement: choice of any firm office or the virtual office ('The Link').
  • Active bar license in the state of application is required, or a commitment to obtain one promptly.
  • Essential skills include excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal abilities, sound judgment, and capacity to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Base salary ranges from $215,000 to $285,000, varying by market and qualifications. Specific ranges include NY, VT, DC ($240k-$285k); CA, CO, MA ($230k-$285k); MD, NJ, WA ($230k-$275k); IL ($215k-$285k); MN ($215k-$260k).
  • Associates are eligible for performance and client development bonuses.
