Provide comprehensive support for commercial litigation attorneys, including fact investigation, witness interviews, legal research, and drafting pleadings and correspondence.
Manage document review, production, and litigation databases, utilizing proficiency with Relativity or similar document review software.
Assist extensively with trial preparation, including attending trials and hearings as needed, and handle case management tasks such as docketing, calendaring, and coordinating filings.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant paralegal experience is required, including prior trial preparation and attendance.
An Associate’s degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate is preferred. Significant substantive legal experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Colorado and California litigation experience is preferred. Familiarity with legal AI tools and a willingness to learn and implement new AI software is also preferred.
Annual billable hour target is 1500.
Act as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and experts to ensure timely communication and material production. Opportunity to mentor junior paralegals.
The salary range for this position in Colorado is $85,000 - $120,000, with a discretionary bonus opportunity.
