Defend and litigate a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.
Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues.
Represent employers in court, administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.
Prior employment law experience is strongly preferred.
Requires an understanding of current state and federal agency procedures.
The role follows a hybrid work arrangement.
