Overview

The role involves defending and litigating a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges, representing employers in court, arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations in employment matters.
Specific matters handled include class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.
Responsibilities also include advising, counseling, and training employers on various employment and labor law issues.
Requires significant experience managing and running litigation cases in a first-chair capacity.
Supervisory experience over associate and paralegal work, including delegating assignments and providing feedback, is required.
Candidates must have an in-depth understanding of current state and federal agency procedures.
Class Action/PAGA experience is preferred but not required.
This is a hybrid position.
