The role is a firmwide, non-partner track position.
Work involves collaborating with the Firmls internal new matters department to coordinate, manage, and prepare required court disclosures for bankruptcy matters, including the Firmls retention as counsel to debtors or official committees, and in special counsel engagements.
The position also supports legal research and writing initiatives, specifically practice-focused publications covering bankruptcy, restructuring, distressed mergers and acquisitions, and related issues.
Candidates must have experience supporting Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, and distressed acquisitions, with a specific focus on company-side engagements.
