Serve as a Conflicts Staff Attorney, managing, identifying, and resolving potential conflicts of interest.
Oversee conflicts clearance for new clients, new matters, and incoming lateral hires.
Apply best practices and legal principles to ensure the firm meets its professional responsibilities related to potential conflicts of interest.
Coordinate special projects as assigned by Professional Services Partners and the New Matter Services Director.
Ensure all conflicts-related work is processed efficiently, accurately, and in adherence to firm policies.
Requires a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Must be admitted to the bar and in good standing in a jurisdiction where the firm maintains an office.
Preferred minimum of three years of experience in new matter intake, conflicts of interest clearance, and related principles/processes.
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of legal administration.
This position is located in Cleveland, with a starting salary range of $130,000 to $180,000.
