Overview

This is a non-partner track staff attorney position.
Coordinate, manage, and prepare required court disclosures for bankruptcy matters, including the Firm’s retention as counsel to debtors or official committees, and in special counsel engagements, working with the internal new matters department.
Support legal research and writing initiatives, contributing to practice-focused publications on bankruptcy, restructuring, distressed mergers and acquisitions, and related issues.
Requires experience supporting Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, and distressed acquisitions, with a specific focus on company-side engagements.
