  • Seeking a midlevel to senior Corporate M&A Associate for the Boston office.
  • The firm is a global law firm with over 40 offices across five continents, ranking among the largest U.S.-based law firms.
  • Requires 3-6 years of experience focused on Corporate M&A transactions.
  • Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating M&A agreements, such as merger, stock purchase, asset purchase, and letters of intent.
  • Experience is also required with sophisticated finance transactions, including offerings of debt and equity securities.
  • Expected to manage closings for M&A and other corporate transactions, conduct due diligence, and advise clients on general corporate, governance, and commercial contract matters.
  • Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • The base compensation range is $260,000 - $365,000 annually, with eligibility for bonuses.
  • This role offers hybrid and remote work opportunities.
  • Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), professional development, and bar expense reimbursement.
