Requires 3-5 years of Corporate M&A experience; private equity transaction experience is preferred.
Core responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and letters of intent.
Experience with partnership agreements, joint ventures, and limited liability company operating agreements is required.
Candidates must demonstrate substantial responsibility for closing M&A and related transactions.
Responsibilities also include conducting due diligence reviews and advising clients on general corporate and business matters.
Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
Base compensation ranges from $225,000 - $255,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities.
