Requires 3-5 years of Corporate M&A experience; private equity transaction experience is preferred.
Core responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating M&A agreements such as merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and letters of intent.
Manage M&A transaction closings, taking substantial responsibility for the process.
Experience with partnership agreements, joint ventures, and limited liability company operating agreements is required.
Conduct due diligence reviews and advise clients on general corporate and entity matters.
Candidates must demonstrate strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Base compensation ranges from $225,000 to $255,000 annually, with actual salary determined by factors including prior experience and expertise.
