Overview

Role: Senior Associate or Counsel in the Executive Compensation Practice.
Locations: Position open in Charleston, Charlotte, Miami, Nashville, New York, Orange County, Pittsburgh, Raleigh, San Francisco, and Seattle offices.
Experience: Requires at least six years of experience focusing on executive compensation and employee benefits, including public company matters.
Expertise Needed: Experience with public company executive compensation disclosures; employee benefits aspects of M&A and private equity transactions; tax-qualified and nonqualified retirement plans; executive employment and severance arrangements; and equity and non-equity incentive plans.
Responsibilities: Expected to have significant client contact and primary responsibility for handling matters.
Core Skills: Must be a self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team, possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality client service.
Compensation: Base salary range of $270,000 - $410,000 annually.
