Overview

  • This is a Midlevel Corporate Finance Associate position, available in either the Charlotte or Pittsburgh office.
  • Candidates should have three to five years of sophisticated law firm experience.
  • Required experience includes private equity, private credit, commercial lending, and mezzanine finance transactions.
  • You must have experience representing both lenders and borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans, and acquisition financings.
  • Experience with loan workouts and restructurings is preferred.
  • Core requirements include strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality client service.
  • Candidates must be self-starters capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • The base compensation ranges from $225,000 to $330,000 annually, varying based on factors like experience and expertise.
  • Hybrid and remote work opportunities are available.
  • The comprehensive benefits package includes medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), paid time off (typically 3-4 weeks), 24 weeks of parental leave (12 paid), and bar expense reimbursement.
