Midlevel Asset Management and Investment Funds Associate.
Primary locations are Boston (preferred), New York, or Washington D.C.
Requires 2-6 years of legal experience in asset management and investment funds.
Expertise in open-end (mutual) funds, closed-end funds, and/or exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
Experience representing investment companies, investment advisers, and board members.
Strong knowledge of U.S. federal securities laws, including the Investment Company Act of 1940, Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Securities Act of 1933, and Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Prior experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house at an asset manager is strongly preferred.
Base compensation range: $235,000 - $390,000 annually, with exact salary based on experience and market factors.
