Requires 3-5 years of experience in general commercial litigation, multi-district litigation, or class actions in state and federal courts.
Responsibilities include independent legal research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and managing discovery, including e-discovery.
Must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to or eligible to sit for the New Jersey Bar.
Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and exceptional research and writing abilities are required; clerkship or journal experience is preferred.
Base compensation ranges from $215,000 to $255,000 annually, with eligibility for additional bonuses.
