Seeking a Mid to Senior Level Associate for the Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety (LEWS) practice.
The position is based in the firm's Newark office.
Requires 4-6 years of experience in employment and labor law.
Responsibilities include advising clients, litigating, and conducting investigations related to employment and labor issues.
Duties involve drafting and reviewing employment policies and employment-related documents.
Some experience with the employment aspects of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, is required.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral communication skills are prerequisites.
Trial experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Base compensation ranges from $220,000 - $250,000 per year, determined by experience and other factors.
