Overview

Seeking a mid-level Associate for the Commercial Disputes practice in the Pittsburgh office.
Requires 3-5 years of experience with general commercial litigation, multi-district litigation, or class actions in state and federal courts.
Key responsibilities include independently conducting legal research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and managing discovery practice, including e-discovery.
Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to or eligible for the Pennsylvania Bar.
Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and exceptional research and writing abilities are required.
Candidates should be self-starters capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Clerkship or law journal experience is preferred.
Active mentoring is provided, with opportunities for increasing responsibility and direct client contact.
The firm offers hybrid and remote work opportunities.
